Refund policy

Products that have been opened are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. Returns for unopened packages will be granted ONLY in the case of a manufacturing defect. Please contact our Customer Service department within 7 business days of receipt of your order. If the return is approved, our Customer Service department will issue you a Return Management Authorization (RMA) number that must accompany the package.
