Is Dr. John's candy sugar-free?
Yes. Our candies have 0g total sugar and 0g added sugar per serving. We sweeten with plant-based xylitol and erythritol plus stevia, with no artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners.
Why is xylitol candy tooth-friendly?
Xylitol and erythritol are plant-based sugar alcohols that the bacteria in your mouth can't ferment the way they ferment sugar, so they don't promote tooth decay. Dr. John's is the #1 dentist-recommended candy brand.
Are Dr. John's candies OK for people with diabetes?
They have 0g sugar and 0g added sugar. Our packaging marks them diabetic-friendly on the advice of a physician, so check with your doctor about what fits your plan.
Can sugar-free candy help with dry mouth?

How does shipping work?
Orders of $75 or more ship free within the continental US. Chocolate is excluded: it's sold in multiples of 5, ships separately Monday through Wednesday, and has a $20 flat shipping rate.
